What we collect
When you check out or create an account, we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address, and the items you order. Your mobile number is verified by SMS one-time code through Firebase Phone Authentication — we never see or store your OTP code itself, only Firebase’s confirmation that the number is yours.
How we use it
Solely to process and deliver your order, verify your identity when you revisit your order history at /account, and contact you about that order if needed. We don’t sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Where it’s stored
Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Authentication), a cloud infrastructure provider. Access is restricted to Kunjo’s own systems — our storefront and admin apps — through privileged, server-side credentials; the database itself denies all direct public access.
Cookies & local storage
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in after phone verification, and a small amount of on-device caching (via a service worker) so pages you’ve visited keep loading on a slow or offline connection. Neither is used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your account data at any time by contacting us below. Because Cash on Delivery orders don’t involve stored payment details, there’s no card or banking information of yours on file to begin with.
